Psalm 73:25
Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you.

The Psalmist is right in proclaiming that heaven is heaven because of God. Heaven is not an utopia that exists in the imaginary world. No, it is real. And the psalmist, after all his tiring search for answers as to why God would allow the prosperity of the wicked came to the conclusion that God is all He has. If we have God, we have everything. If we have everything but God, we have nothing. God is transcendent and is all-knowing, He knows the exact need of every humans and He alone provides the purest satisfaction that cannot be found anywhere else in this world.

Prayer: Dear God, I desire nothing but you and seek you as the real treasure of my life, Amen.
